In de huidige markt merken we dat iedere geldverstrekker anders omgaat met het acceptatieproces. Dit zien we vooral terug tijdens de beoordeling van de documenten. Het komt veelvuldig voor dat we voor een simpel document zoals kopie ID bewijs terug moeten naar de adviseur omdat bijvoorbeeld de waarmerking “stempel voor akkoord en origineel gezien incl. datum en handtekening adviseur” ontbreekt. Logisch ook, want bij de ene geldverstrekker is deze stempel wel een vereiste en bij de ander niet.
Dit soort acceptatie technische zaken worden vaak niet uitgelicht in het acceptatiekader of hypotheekgids. Om die reden hebben wij onze geldverstrekkers gevraagd naar hun beleid hierin.
